All rates are quoted in Euro and include gourmet-board, luxury services and all taxes, excl. local tax € 1.30 per person/day
Our written booking confirmation is only valid once we have received your deposit of €300 per room. The easiest way to pay the deposit is to give us authority to charge your credit card (Visa or MasterCard, card number and expiry date) or to make a standard EU bank transfer to our account, without bank charges.

Due to weather conditions and season, some services can be changed or canceled.
Reservations are subject to the standard Austrian hotel terms of contract: Up to 3 months prior to the start of the holiday: no cancellation fee, up to 1 month before the start of the holiday: we will charge for 3 night’s accommodation. In the event of an earlier than planned departure or later arrival, or cancellation within one month prior to arrival, a charge of 80% of the booked stay will me made
We accept anly written room cancellations
Non-smoking rooms - smoking is not allowed in the rooms but you are welcome to smoke on the balcony, in the "Jägerstube" or at the bar.
